We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms.
All provisions of the terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of our website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or Paypal/your personal information.
Purchasing of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of such products appearing on the Cloud Nine Treasures website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
Cloud Nine Treasures will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Our technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for our products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process.
- You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
- As your order is processed we will send you a confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our conditions set out below.
Non acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
The contract will be concluded in English.
Estimated Delivery Time
We use services of third party companies for our delivery. Cloud Nine Treasures will take all reasonable care to ensure timely delivery and safety of the shipped products but is limited to; the time of dispatch and careful packaging.
Once payment, images and customisation details are received, your order will be dispatched within 4 working days.
- All our items are now sent via Royal Mail and orders can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
You will be informed if there is any possibilities of delay due to peak times or other circumstances thereof.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at Cloud Nine Treasures as sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
In order to be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under UK law you must:
- Register by providing your correct name, telephone number, postal/delivery address, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.
- Possess a valid Paypal account / credit / debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
All prices are shown in £ sterling. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of Cloud Nine Treasures and payment will be debited and cleared from your account prior to dispatch of orders.
You confirm that the Paypal / credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We are happy to offer a replacement if and only if the item received is damaged. Because most of Cloud Nine Treasure’s products are personalized, any replacement request has to be dealt with in a strict case to case basis.
In the event of an item arriving with an error made, a replacement amended item will be sent out to you within 2 working days of the error being reported to us. A refund will NOT be offered unless we are unable to dispatch the replacement to you for arrival beyond our delivery turnaround. (7-10 working days from the date that the item was originally ordered)
Customers are not required to send back the faulty items.
Cloud Nine Treasures reserves the right to investigate the nature of damage of our item/s when processing a replacement. Please allow at least 7 working days from the date of our receipt of your replacement request to process your replacement. We will send out an exact replacement of the item. You may not ask for another product as a replacement.

Discount Codes and Promotional Offers
Cloud Nine Treasures may issue any discount codes or promotional offers. These offers may be given through email, through our website or through our social media pages; Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Discount codes are not valid when used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is materialised, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please cease using the service.
